1912 is a universal electricity complaint number in India. Almost all the DISCOMs of every state have a common toll-free number for complaints is 1912. The telephone number 1912 is specifically allotted to Electricity Call Centers for handling power supply-related complaints. You can lodge your complaint here 24×7.

Other than 1912 every DISCOM has some other numbers and email where you can complain.
